Right after maintainence
I was first back in HQ after maintainence.... soon after, Ma'am Zoe returned too, then Drey, and then the others gradually...
I then proceeded to promote the first few agents (who are eligible to be promoted (by adding them and checking their streams)) back after the maintainence.
