No RR admins online when they are really needed

Today.... was somewhat a disastrous day for us new BoDs too....   Once again, we could not solve some matters... even when a OOA (gamerinfo) was online...
In the following two pictures you will see, at the time, only Drey(2CoOlDrEy9),Sir gamer(gamerinfo), and me (and a few other HRAs) were online. And we couldn't do anything....

In this picture, Sir gamer (the one in top hat) is trying to get shell955 to leave, as he has been fired. Besides him, only
Drey and I were around at the time. shell995 refused to leave, and no one with RR admin was online to kick him.

This happened right after the previous photo was taken. Once again, only Sir gamer, Drey, and I were there. After I took
this screenie, I realized he was spamming from the doorway...   And once again, neither of us could do anything, and no
RR admin was online to mute him, or similar....

Blacktux94 has been given RR admin by Sir jmmey321 after we told him of previous issues that happened, but we were unable to do anything. However, when both of the above cases happened, Blacktux94 wasn't online. And by the time I have posted this, he has not yet been online ever since Drey and I logged in......
